Townhouse Bed and Breakfast Skipton was opened in March 2011 by current owner Mick Courcier and continues to be run as a very successful small family business.
You will find clean, comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. We are centrally located in the bustling market town of Skipton, with the added benefit of on-site parking.
All our rooms are fully en-suite and include a free breakfast.
We have chosen not to feature on any third party booking websites and hotel price comparison sites to keep our costs down. Because we don’t pay any commission to anyone, we can pass these savings direct to our guests with our low prices.
You are guaranteed then to find our lowest prices right here on our website and nowhere else.
All our prices include breakfast and use of all facilities so there will be no nasty surprises such as added costs.
The land had previously commercial buildings, which were redeveloped in the last 10 years by a local company and turned into the row of town houses you now see. After living in one of the properties for a little while, when the one next door became available, Mick grasped the opportunity to turn it into a hospitality business and Town House B & B was born. Due to its prime location in the centre of the bustling Skipton community, it’s ideally suited as a guest house.
We can help and advise you on various aspects of the local area and community. Therefore if you are new to the area contact us as we may be able to assist. This can include things such as itinerary planning. We may also be able to give you tips on getting the most from your stay.
Skipton boasts one of the best Indian restaurants we have ever been fortunate enough to visit and it’s literally at the end of the street! There is also a wonderful Cantonese restaurant within 2 minutes walk with partial views over the canal, as well as many offering French, Italian, Thai “Tex Mex” and more traditional cuisines. So if you are a curry lover, a fan of Chinese cooking or just like the dining experience in general Skipton is sure to have something exciting to offer you. There are also a great selection of pubs and places to enjoy a drink after dining. Some of them offering an array of real ales and fine wines. This means there’s bound to be something to suit your palette.
